Walletwasabi: Update previous releases when a new release is out

Should we add a message like A newer version is already available! Please don’t use this version anymore. to the previous release, similar to what the guys at bisq do. (bisq releases)

Maybe we should also remove the binaries of releases that have critical bugs and use a message like Binaries have been removed as this release is superseded by v1.1.8.

Not a fan of saying "Do not use this version anymore" unless there is a critical security vulnerability.

I personally won't be using latest Wasabi to Send or Coinjoin until at least 2 weeks after it's been in the wild.

@Transisto is right, moving to more automatical update direction is a security risk.

In fact we are intorducing x.x.x.[abcd] releases that won't notify the user of a new release, but rather just push it to the website and only notify the user when a new major release is out.
