See title, with a throw hotkey (and some spicy third party software), you can easily throw half a dozen shurikens in a second, which is relatively strong all things considered

true of all thrown objects, you can crit a man with a single floor tile if you can execute 'click click r' fast enough

Don't patch this until people start routinely instagibbing each other with floor tiles, I want to see it in action.

There is a cooldown in the form of the click delayer, which is separate from the attack delayer
But the limit on the click delayer is much faster than the one on the attack delayer

Anyway I think you'd have to add a new delayer to handle throwing if you want to change this
Which is certainly not unreasonable considering we have a delayer for the express purpose of displaying "CLONG" when someone goes through disposal pipes near you, but it isn't as trivial as just changing a number
