I mean this is mostly not an issue because most people who are getting shot at are going to be shooitng back and won't want to drop their shit by resting but it's still exploitable enough, if your goal is to make someone run out of taser charge
I'd suggest adding a delay to rest spam to fix this, not changing taser projectiles.
Taser projectiles hitting fallen people would be awful
I thought taser shots CAN hit people lying on the ground, but you'd have to click on the tile they stand on. Adding a delay to the rest command would probably be the most sensible fix, but i'll miss the shenanigans you can do with spamming it.
Taser projectiles DO hit fallen people if you click on them directly and I do this all the time
Also rest spam doesn't make you inherently immune to the taser bolt, it will hit you anyways if you're standing up (let's say 50-50% chance if you're spamming a macro)
Honestly this is so impossibly hard to pull off and can be stopped so easily that I'm tempted to call it a feachur

This is amazing, and actually brings a certain level of skill and fast reactions to our AWFUL combat system

If you have the reaction time to limbo under a bullet, why wouldn't you instead just step to the side anyways?

As someone who plays security, I think it's fine as it is.
If someone's got the reaction time to Matrix-dodge a taser shot, my hat's off to them.
It's probably fine at the moment yeah.
