Description of issue

Chaplen instantly lost hardcore mutation when busta religion was chosen

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Should keep mutation permanently. suspect the problem is that the removal only checks for the chem and is handled on life rather then by the chemical itself.

Should be that, rather than them getting the hardcore mutation, they receive a packet of bustanuts, or now magbites
