With announcement today that Safari is going to support Web Extensions making it easier for developers to make their extensions available on Safari, is this something we can expect for the Toolkit? It's the only reason I'm still using Chrome at the moment.
I hadn't seen the announcement! I'll see what I can do.
I had some trouble trying to just "plug and play" with Microsoft Edge so hopefully it's a bit easier than that was...
Thanks @joshmadewell appreciate you looking into this. i believe the changes to Safari related to the Web Extensions API is coming this fall when they roll out Mac OS 11. Hopefully it won't be too much of a challenge to port the YNAB Toolkit over.

Took me about an hour cold to get the Toolkit up and running in Safari 14 on Big Sur... and I know next to nothing about the Web Extensions API. Can't necessarily guarantee everything is working correctly, but preferences look good and I have the extremely critical Days of Buffering up. Seems extremely promising!
That is awesome news. I haven鈥檛 installed Big Sur yet as I don鈥檛 have a developer account but can鈥檛 wait to try this in Safari. It will be nice to finally move away from Chrome and avoid the google surveillance.

We use Trello to track Feature Requests so that users can vote on what they'd like to see next. This is crucial for us since there are so many requests and so little time amongst those of us who work on the Toolkit.
Your feature request has been added here and will need to be manually sorted.
