Toggl-button: Feature 24h time format

Feature request 24h time format in Chrome app.

I just tried to set up toggl and tried to set my end of the day to 00:00, then I discovered I am unable to set it in the app, since it allows both 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and I am unsure what those times might actually do. Not to mention that upon looking up the information on Wikipedia I found out that neither of those times officially exist, further deepening my confusion.

I could of course do a code dive, but I think it should not be necessary when a 24 hour option would solve all the difficulties.
