The game can take a while load at startup, and even be a lot slower on older HDD's

Describe the solution you'd like
If it's possible for the engine to allow, can the game load in the background while the intro video is playing?
I'm curious about this since a game of mine used to exactly do this.

you can skip the intro by starting the game with start options: -novid

The movie plays, game loads when movie plays so you can both watch the movie and load game. This visually reduces the wait time while you are being entertained by intro movie.
