Tdesktop: Football time!

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Telegram Desktop in Russia
  2. Wait 1-10 min
  3. ...

Expected behaviour

After many of attempts, loader must stop animating.

Actual behaviour

Hi! After many attempts it should be less visible (i think). Blinking distracts from text o_O

@uonick Do you use proxy here? Because this looks like it not just tries to connect, but has some strange connection which works or not works with very frequent changes.

Nope

Problem not in connection, but in blinking. mb should not hide loader if so many attempts to connect?)

Example:
1st connect: show/hide
5+ just show and loading (not jump)
