Tdesktop: Switch to TDLib

Steps to reproduce

  1. Remove existing network layer and RAM message storage
  2. Use TDLib
  3. Store all messages in encrypted local data storage
  4. Save RAM space when storing messages

Expected behaviour

Switch to reference implementation of the network layer and encrypted local storage.

Actual behaviour

There is no persistent local message storage. High memory consumption.

Actually, the most important feature that does not exists in tdesktop but can be used in mobile apps that using TDLib is e2e chats.
Memory consumption and other things not that noticeable as lack of core feature.
