Suitecrm: Campaign analysis page is blank in 7.10.19 LTS

Created on 19 Aug 2019  路  10Comments  路  Source: salesagility/SuiteCRM

Issue

In Campaigns list view the View Status icon brings a blank page. Using same database contents with 7.8.5 shows proper campaign data.

Expected Behavior

Should show campaign analysis results like in 7.8.5

Actual Behavior

Blank page with only name of campaign as title.

Possible Fix

Use 7.8.5

Steps to Reproduce

Assuming you have an ongoing campaign

  1. Select "Campaigns"
  2. Click the icon with horizontal bar graphics i.e. the View Status
  3. One should see the status page, but no.
  4. Revert to 7.8.5 and see how it is supposed to work

Context

I am trying to get an email campaign going.

Can confirm. This came in with last upgrade from 7.10.18 to 7.10.19 (before it worked). I tried to fix it by copying packages from old 7.10.18 but do not get the mechnism yet.

@Dillon-Brown

@lazka Should be fixed by #7697.

I

@Dillon-Brown This seems to be the case in 7.11.8 as well: no campaign analysis graph available. 7.8.5 has a campaign analysis graph, 7.10.19 and 7.11.8 do not.

Should I make a new issue on this?

@lazka Should be fixed by #7697.

Applying #7697 doesn't help. Opening the page now suggest me downloading index.php and nothing happens.

With 7.10.20 the page is no longer empty, but the charts are missing.

Same on demo.suiteondemand.com, so should be easy to reproduce.

I've opened #7863
