Signal-desktop: Signal randomly marking Safety Numbers Unverified/Verified.

This is not affecting my phone, but on the desktop, I am getting (out of nowhere):

You marked your Safety Number with <person> as not verified

Followed by:

You marked your Safety Number with <person> as verified from another device

Now I've again gotten the first but not the second:

You marked your Safety Number with <person> as not verified

Here is the debug log

Ah, now I just got the second, so I generated another debug log

Since that happened on opening Signal on the phone to confirm there was nothing there about verification, I thought I'd also generate a debug log from the phone.

Operating System:
Ubuntu 16.04, Signal v.1.38.2

Linked Device Version:
iPhone 5S, iOS 12.4.9, Signal v.5.0.2.0

@scottnonnenberg-signal - but I already provided debug logs from both the phone and the desktop.

This has happened numerous times, and continues to (now desktop is on version 1.39.4)

Thanks for reporting. We'll take a look at this.

It just happened with a second person. I saw it appear on the desktop when I opened Signal on my phone and then opened that particular person's thread. At that point the pair of messages appeared on my laptop.

@DiagonalArg The next time this happens, please provide debug logs from both your phone and the affected desktop.
