Signal-desktop: Show emoji code suggestions while typing an emoji code

When writing the code for an emoji in the message field, Signal should provide suggestions for existing emoji codes.

Example:
:sunglasses: for emoji with sun glasses on
When writing :sun Signal should open e.g. a drop down to show possible emojis containing this code.

@tribut Nice find. Sadly that's not even included in the backlog. Hopefully the Signal team will see the interest here and reconsider adding it to the backlog?
