Duplicate of #415.

But #415 was formulated as a question, and was closed after the question was answered, so it still makes sense to keep this issue open, no?

I think a feature request also counts as a question. Based on @moxie0's response on https://github.com/WhisperSystems/Signal-Browser/issues/422 I expect this issue to get closed.

However, a bit off-topic...

This isn't a discussion forum, it's an issue tracker to help us keep track of work to do. The purpose of these issues is to help us, if an issue isn't helpful or doesn't serve any purpose, we'll close it. We may not always have enough time to write out an explanation.

I absolutely love what Whisper Systems is doing, and I've been recommending this software to all my friends. However, for those of us who do care about security and privacy, I think it's fair to want to be kept in the loop. If the issue tracker isn't the correct place for that, could we be pointed to somewhere where these sorts of questions could be posed?

the mailing list

I'm having trouble finding the mailing list. #210 says it's linked from the GitHub repo, but there doesn't seem to be any reference to it in the README.md or anything, and the wiki is empty. Searching Google for "whisper systems signal browser mailing list" doesn't produce anything obvious either.

You could probably save lots of misdirected questions by linking to it from README.md.
