Sharex: Error with FFMPEG

Hello! I have this error while i'm trying to record with FFMpeg

Do you have an idea how to solve this issue? Thanks!

Have you installed the screen-capture-recorder and virtual-audio-capturer recorder devices?
Do you have permission to save to the output directory?

1. I have the screeen-capture-recorder and virtual-audio-capturer installed.
2. I thought about this but... didn't find where to change the directory.

Update: I have reset Sharex (deleted the Documents/Sharex folder), reinstalled FFMPEG, nothing changed :(
