Sensei: Free lesson Quiz button

Presently the way Sensei works is that for Free or Paid Lessons, a lesson page will only show the Quiz button if the user is logged into the site and taking the course.

If you have a direct link to the Quiz page, this can be accessed whether a user is logged-into the site or not.

A user in 876774-zen is requesting that we make the Take Quiz button available for non-logged in users too.

Benefits of the idea

1. The users see that there is more than just theory in the free lesson, which is a plus;
2. It will still be impossible to take the quiz without registration, but the users will be able to have a look at it, which is an important step of decision-making;
3. After having a look at the quiz, they get more interested in the course;
4. It’s not a pig in a poke anymore; they’ve already seen the quiz and are ready to sign up to take the course;
5. If a user signs up, they are more likely to buy something from the service in the future, because they know how the service works and what it provides them with;
6. Google and other search engines will index the quiz page more easily;
7. Not much work will have to be done to create the button after a free lesson in an unlogged mode.

Detriment:

I can’t find any, because the lesson page and the quiz page can be accessed whether a user is logged-into the site or not, anyway; which means if someone wants to hide the information of the course, the course should be marked as paid.

@donnapep, thank you! I've just looked through the topics. There is a little difference. The point here is to be able to see the quiz with the help of a button after a free course, but not to take it.
