Sensei: Courses > Order Courses does nothing

If I order my courses under Courses > Order Courses, it doesn't seem to actually do anything.

Brought up in 403197-zd-woothemes and I can repro on my test site.

We should remove the course ordering options and documentation if it no longer works and we don't intend to make it work. We'll also need to make sure that there is at least one way to set the default course sorting order, whether via a filter or some other mechanism.

[sensei_courses orderby="menu_order"] will allow the user to use the course order set in admin. @danjjohnson will update the user docs with this information. The course archive page doesn't respect this. If the site owner wants this they should use shortcodes
