Where do we use our passwords in this repo?

Hi @northwestwitch,

You recently used a password to access the repository at Clinical-Genomics/scout with git using git/2.14.1.

Basic authentication using a password to Git is deprecated and will soon no longer work. Visit https://github.blog/2020-12-15-token-authentication-requirements-for-git-operations/ for more information around suggested workarounds and removal dates.

I dunno, did you like git push on one of the servers using password and not ssh-agent (or I guess token?).

Yes, like ALWAYS! Do you have a two-factor authentication for pushing stuff to github?
