Safe-react: Safelist entries get removed from sidebar

There seems to be a bug where Safelist entries get removed from the sidebar.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a Safe
• Create a second safe
• Open Sidebar and switch to first Safe
• Refresh page -> Only 1 Safe is now listed in the sidebar

This also affects the production version.

It also is not dependent on the user creating a new Safe, rather, the bug always appears when the page is refresh shortly after switching Safes.

I consider this a critical bug and it should be addressed before the public launch on Wednesday if possible.
