Renovate: Gitlab: PR release notes dropdown does not support markdown

Describe the bug
In a recent change the release notes renovates adds to a new PR have been hidden behind a dropdown. Currently it seams Gitlab does not support rendering Markdown inside a dropdown (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/30846)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Renovate on Gitlab

Expected behavior
I think since does not seam to change in Gitlab for now, perhaps a configuration option would be helpful, that renders the release notes without a dropdown.

Thanks for the issue. I got excited to add that GitLab finally supported details/summary and didn’t properly verify every aspect of it. Seems like if we convert to all-html for PR bodies rather than HTML/markdown mix then it might work as expected.
