Refined-github: Allow labels to be placed the original way

I like most features but moving labels to a third line makes the list too long and the right part is a huge negative space. IMO, It'd be better to make this optional.

I don't see adding an option for this; You can undo it with Stylish:

..and I don't see installing another extension for a simple option.

RGH has dozens of features, a “simple option” for a feature means dozens of options we have to support. Stylish is the perfect way to get what you want everywhere.

@bfred-it no problem. I say "simple option" bec. this is to go back to the way it was on GitHub. A simple disabling feature.. I know RGH has lots of features but they're not optional. That's all.
