Powertoys: Update FancyZones Overview link

The link in the PowerToys settings continues to point to https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/blob/master/src/modules/fancyzones/README.md, which seems to have moved to https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/wiki/FancyZones-Overview

I think not. But when yes it doesnt matter anyway.

Because its a link where you don't see the target.

Clint might have thoughts on why this was moved to begin with or if we expect this to keep moving in the future - if not then might as well add the github wiki link directly. But if this expects to move again, i agree adding a shortname/vanity url might be worth it.. Also thanks for the awesome turnaround on this!

Is this docs or in the settings app?

I just tried in 0.23/24 and the settings points to https://aka.ms/PowerToysOverview_FancyZones in the settings. What version of PT are you on? can you take a screenshot of the settings screen?

Sync'ed directly with @shalinijoshi19, turns out she was running a bit older of a version. Got it solved :)
