Powertoys: [PowerToys Run] Which files/directories are indexed?
I think it would be really helpful to have some more info on what directories & files are actually indexed for the search.
I.e. I have a folder D:/PortableApps in which there are many subdirectories & executables which I'd like to be able to access via the launcher. ATM the launcher does not show those exes and I'm not quite sure whether this is by design or a bug...
FYI: I'm a long term (happy) Launchy user and I'm currently considering switching to PowerToys run mostly out of curiosity & because the PowerToys project in general feels like there's a lot more "niceness" to come in the future ;)

@CombeeMike is your D: drive indexed? You can see what is currently being indexed by searching for "Indexing Options" in Control Panel. We have #2041 in progress to fix it and this is related to #3230.

As a user, I think that all indexed drives/folders should be available to Run, but I should be able to add some other locations for Run that are not indexed. (I'm a longtime Launchy user as well.)
