_What is the expected result of the above steps?_ Expecting to see Shortcut Guide rather than Start Menu
_What is the actual result of the above steps?_ Start Menu appears instead of Shortcut Guide
_Are there any useful screenshots? WinKey+Shift+S and then just paste them directly into the form_

@ejk8626
can you try using Win + ? to open the Shortcut Guide? (Depending on your keyboard you may need Win + Shift + ?)
Thank you, Enrico.
That works; however, you must press the combination to bring up the Shortcut Guide and then press it again to take it back down. Escape does not work, nor does simply releasing the keys.
However, if you press Win + Shift + ? And simply repress the ?, it does go back down.
Thank you for the quick response.

/? alone does not close the Guide for me. I do need Win+Shift+/?, Win+/? does nothing.
Additionally, sometimes the Start screen pops up in addition to the ShortcutGuide, which is a nuissance.

Hi Enrico,
This issue became somewhat complicated by the addition of sub-issues after the OP's issue. Therefore I'm slightly uncertain what part of this issue you've marked Closed.
I understand that once I've installed Version 0.21, pressing the _Windows Key_ for the time specified in the text box "Press duration before showing (ms)" will cause the Shortcut Guide overlay to appear as described in the PowerToys documentation.
If I am wrong, please correct me. In that case, I should file an issue report.
Thank you & Kind regards,
Paul
Hi @clarpaul
we only track one problem per issue, the problem in this issue is that the Win key wasn't opening the Shortcut Guide.
If you are experiencing a different problem, please open a new issue.
Thanks.
Enrico and Paul,
The WIN key now appears to work properly to bring up the Guide. Thanks.

This should be resolved in our 0.21.1 release of PowerToys. https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/tag/v0.21.1 to download it.
