Powertoys: Incorrect alignment of table cells in MarkdownPreview

Steps to reproduce

Preview any markdown file containing a table with over two rows and two columns

Expected behavior

|:---:|:---:|
|like|this|

Actual behavior

Instad,		It looks
Like	this

We're focusing on our 0.17 and 0.18 pretty hard right now so we won't be able to take a look for this.

I've started a PR with a fix. A small issue in the table's CSS caused the tables to render incorrectly.
