What application are you doing this with?
Is that application run as admin?
Does it happen for all apps?

Did you enter setup and choose a layout ?

I just ended up reverting to the previous version. As far as I could tell all other components were working. Apologies for not properly filling out the form, this happened at the end of a long day, and I just kinda gave up. FWIW, I had ran the app as admin, applied custom layout, even tried the default templates. I also attempted to use multiple apps to get them to stay where the zones were set. I see a new version is out now, I'll try that and see if I have any more luck. Thanks.

@feetis
have you already tried 0.16.1? https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases
We fixed a bug that was causing the same problem you experienced.
Thanks.

without knowing the end to end bug, we think we fixed it in 0.16.1

if not, please reopen
