Papirus-icon-theme: 22px Trash icon is the wrong type (or all others?) on dolphin side panel

When settings the size of icons in the side panel to 22, every icon except Trash and all the 'Recently Saved' icons, turns from symbolic to 'full color'. The Trash icon doesn't even change size.

When setting the size to 32, the trash icon turns to full colour, while Recently saved's, remains symbolic.

What I expect is a consistent look: everything symbolic or everything full colour.

Since the 'Recently saved' doesn't change event at 32 or 48 size, I infer that this behaviour is intentional, but the Trash icon shoud be consistent with the other 'Places' icons.

Alternatively, the 'Places' icons could follow the same behaviour of Breeze: 16px and 22px are symbolic, 32 and 48 are full color.

I see, but somehow the breeze iconset work as expected. I don't know why, but still...

We support GTK DE too and mostly GTK-apps use 22/24px icon size for toolbar

So the issue is the other way around: the trash icon is fine (anyway, at 22px it appears at the same size as it's at 16px), but Home, Net, Root and the various 'places' (Documents, Pictures, etc) should be monochrome at 22 and 24 px, like Breeze (which also works for xfce/gnome/mate, etc)?

16/22/24 ACTIONS icons use single size. I know it's not good, but when i start develop papirus - paper not available 22/24px icons. Now used really 16px icons for actions 22 and 24. Need more time for port it.
And trash icons moved to actions because on some apps it's used as ACTION.
Maybe on future we increase size for 22px and 24px actions icons... Need more time for that

On all ACTIONS icons now used single logo size, but area increased.
Yes i know about that... but need more time for redraw and port over 860*2 icons = 1320 icons

Temporary solution - use 16px icon size for side panel (and main panel too), if you like monochrome style.
On future i'll try port 22/24px actions
