@ramzydoni change the line Icon=/opt/xdman/icon.png to Icon=xdman in your desktop file.

I don t understand why I changing the path of the icon ؟

@ramzydoni because the path goes to an original icon if you want to use Papirus icon then you need change to global lookup of icons.

@ramzydoni Some apps have hardcoded icons on desktop-file with absolute path to icon.
For example: viber, python, gcolor2, smartgit and etc.
For mostly apps this fixed on Hardcode Fixer
xtreme download manager not avialble now, but you can add support - open issue or PR
