NON-LTS RELEASES NOT SUPPORT!

cd /tmp
gtit clone https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme-gtk.git
sudo cp -R papirus-icon-theme-gtk/Papirus* /usr/share/icons/

i did that yesterday

You may prefer to install the icons in ~/.icons/

if you want globally right?

@daniel65dj If you want it for all users, install in /usr/share/icons/ like @varlesh said
