Openstreetmap-carto: Vending machines rendering at all zoom levels
The recently committed #3601 is rendering vending machine icons at all zoom levels.
Apparently there is a missing zoom filter in amenity-points.mss line 190.

Until this bug is fixed, new release (#3604) is going to be blocked.

oh god, I completely forgot to add zoom level in amenity-points.mss
I reorganised lines about icons but I forgot to add zoom level
My apologises for the disturbance. I'm pushing the bugfix.
