Notepad3: PreferredLanguageLocaleName

The default value for the already supported languages is defined by the: “OS language setting”.
The fallback is: “en-US”.

My preferred language is : "en-GB" (see picture)

NP3 finds my OS language correctly: "(en-GB) English (brit.) translation by Pairi Daiza" 👍

But when I start a pristine NP3 (eg: NP3 from Artifacts or NP3 beta without its \Lng folder) I get a windows with "....your language "fr-BE" is...., which is the language of my" keyboard "and not my OS ! 🤔
PS: The fallback to “en-US” is correctly done ! 👍

Hello @RaiKoHoff, I'm also trying to correct "prefered" to "preferred", but I don't find this string in the \language\*.rc files. 🤔

with languages: en-GB and es-ES.
It's OK, this (small) bug is corrected. 😆

This is for non-English speakers. If you make this the first line readable by Japanese teens, "prefer" and "available" learned in high school is difficult. I propose the following.

Sorry, your language (xx-xx) menu is not making.
