I would like to appoligize for delay in creating the new release. I have some two other projects that urgently needs my attention. So, the new release will be delayed for 2 or 3 days. I will however make sure that it is done by Wednesday latest. Thank you for your understanding.

@RaiKoHoff lol, I was about to suggest we hang on for the new PR. Take your time, we can't do a release nowing there are still bugs. 😄 An I agree, lets wait for @craigo- and @engelhro ...

@RaiKoHoff @craigo- @engelhro I'm delaying the release for a few more days, if you agree. I think all the bugs need to be resolved before the release and I do not want @RaiKoHoff to feel preasured in any way. He is afterall the master. 😄

Latest PR (#322) solved a lot of stuff (and hopefully did not introduce new ones).
I would like to fix #316 too, but I think I will have no time at weekend.
So if there are no new severe issues coming from @craigo- , @engelhro or @lhmouse , i think we are ready for next release, since it has been delayed already.

(In fact I don't work mainly on Windows so please don't mistake me for a good tester.)

Unfortunately I'm busy on the weekend and won't be able to thoroughly test before Monday evening (as there are several issues open from me which I'd like to look at).

So either we have to postpone the release until mid of next week, or we just release the new version as it is now (crossing fingers that nothing severe is broken :smile:) and do the validation of the fixes only afterwards.

@RaiKoHoff @lhmouse @craigo- @engelhro If everyone agrees, I would like make a final adjustment on the release date, changing it to Wednessday the 31st of January. This should give @engelhro some time to finish testing and we can make sure this release is almost perfect. Rather delay the release than releasing an unstable version. Thanks everyone for your dedication. Much appriciated.

Fine for me as well! I think I'm done with my tests for this round. Except some improvement ideas for the handling of folded sections (which I consider enhancements and definitely not bugs, so no immediate action necessary) there's nothing regarding my issues preventing a new release any longer… :smiley:
