Nodejs.dev: Styling adjustments for Upcoming releases section

Go to https://nodejs.dev/download and scroll down to the upcoming release section.

The styling is not the same if you compare it with the figma design

  • Tabs should not have a background color and not be centered.
  • Node logo/items should be centered.
  • The information text should have more margin (top and bottom)
