Nodejs.dev: gitbot to automate few stuffs.

Hello People,

I'm seeing people commenting /gcburn on the PR to trigger the build manually and push to staging environment (correct me if I'm wrong). It would be great if we can have a gitbot, which does these things on every PR and help ourselves in the process.

We had security concerns about building automatically every PR. IDK in detail @MylesBorins takes care of that. Is there any update?

So CI is set to run automatically. Staging needs to be kicked off by a
collaborator, specifically because the pipeline has a access to
infrastructure

If folks want to explore other pipielines that is definitely an option

I think we don't need to put extra effort in there. /gcbrun for collaborators is enought pull up a stagging site in a min or two.
