Newpipe: [Request] Make the Channel Page great again

The channel page, in my opinion, is incredibly weak. It lacks a few key features that allow for sorting, filtering, and seeing curated content from a particular channel.

In my opinion, the channel page should eventually host at least the following features:

• Search content/playlists/albums uploaded by a channel
• View a Channels Tabs (Videos/Playlists/About/Affiliated Channels/Community) (Referenced in #2409)

If this is considered, I also believe the 'About' and 'Affiliated Channels' pages could be combined.

Further Music pages have playlists specifically listed as Albums, this could be very useful aswell.

I agree. There was an open issue, but this one is used instead.

I have no idea how difficult this is to implement, but having to search using the Youtube website hampers everyone's workflow.
