Metabase: Azure DocumentDB support

Adding this to the list of requested DBs that will hopefully one day see support. DocumentDB supports the MongoDB API, but it has to be enabled when creating the database, and I believe it's mutually exclusive with the normal DocumentDB API. But, maybe in the short-term, that tidbit could be added to the documentation?

Hi @spencerhakim, we're adding support for various DBs based on community demand. Since you're the only person who's asked for this DocumentDB thus far, that might be a while 😉

If you're familiar with Clojure and feeling adventurous you can try writing a driver yourself. I'm available to help with any questions you might run into.
