Mentorship-android: The navigation tabs in Mentorship requests page can't be swiped properly.

Describe the bug
When I go to the mentorship requests page, I can't swipe the navigation tabs containing Pending, Past, and All options properly.

Expected behavior
The tabs should be swipeable and should swiftly move when we drag to the other tabs.

One last problem, the swipe works perfectly forward and backwards if the swipe to refresh is removed
