Mentorship-android: Set the background to white.

Describe the bug
The background colour of login page and splashActivity page is not same.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open the login page.

Expected behavior
The background colour must be set to white (same as the logo background colour) or the background of logo must be made transparent
