Mentorship-android: Add new task button is too low

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Relations tab
2. Scroll down
3. See floating button is covered by bottom bar

Expected behavior
Add task button is always visible and not dependent on scroll

Also don't work on multiple issues at once, other members including @Priyansh-Kedia are finding it hard to claim issues. You shouldn't work on more than 2 issues at once, let others contribute aswell.
