Manageiq-ui-classic: Control explorer: screen does not respond when creating new alert, alert is created

The first image shows what you see after the add preloader returns (no change)
The second one shows what happens if you try to create it again, proving it was indeed created.

@moolitayer did you notice any errors in production/development log. i am unable to recreate this issue on upstream master.

We saw this on a pre release image, but I tried on two occasions and I can't reproduce it on master.
It's possible that it was fixed on master.
