Magisk: [Magisk Manager] Keyboard does not disappear after usage

Created on 3 Sep 2018  ·  4Comments  ·  Source: topjohnwu/Magisk

This is a minor and cosmetic issue in Magisk Manager, but I think it's worth reporting it.

After the keyboard has been used, does not disappear automatically
Seen using:

  • Magisk Manager v5.9.1.
  • Xiaomi Mi5 and OnePlus 5 both running Android 8.1 (different ROMs)

Steps to reproduce:

  • Go to Magisk Hide menu (or Downloads)
  • Touch the search icon to open the keyboard
  • Touch the hamburger menu and select another section of the app
The keyboard will not disappear, you can browse any menu of the app with the keyboard still being open. If you press "Back" button, the keyboard will be closed.

Expected behaviour:
Keyboard to disappear when changing menu.

I don't think any logs are needed :)

I personally think this is not a bug. My thought is: this is normal behavior Otherwise searching may become more troublesome

I'm facing the same (little) bug.

'cause I think it's a bug, not a feature 🤔

@funnypro
Seriously, man?
In f*cking Chinese?! Try again in English as every respectable gentleman here in GitHub!

@DaFlowah Ok, I use the translation engine right away.
But I don't know the 'immediate' time.
