Lizmap-web-client: Support of QGIS expressions based on canvas_cursor_point variable

Expressions using the canvas_cursor_point variable allows dynamic content
based on the user interaction with his mouse.
The same interactivity in Lizmap would be great. Styled layers reacting to a mouseover event

Lizmap is mostly based on OL2 and will be based on last version of OL with fourth version.

But related to the feature request it self, your GIF shows that it's way more complicated IMHO. We are on a web client application. We can't make a request over the internet to QGIS every time the mouse moved.
