Live-share: Ionide won't work for guests with latest release (1.0.1847)

Describe what happened:
Language Support for F# from Ionide stopped working for guests. With Version 1.0.1783 the guest has full tooling support (Type info on hover, autocomplete, error and warning report)

What was your system configuration?
Product and Version: VS Code
OS Version: Windows 10
Live Share Extension Version: 1.0.1847
Target Platform or Language: F# (.Net Core) with Ionide

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

1. Install Ionide for VS Code
2. Open F# project (.NET Core)
3. Create Collaboration session
4. Invite Guests

Guests don't have tooling support from F#.

• Code-Lenses are not available
• Errors and warnings are neither marked in the code nor in the status bar
• Type information on hover and autocomplete are not available.
