Live-share: Cannot edit across a liveshare session with latest version.

Edits made by users on 1.0.1587 are not visible to other users on this or previous versions.

We have tried with all participants on 1.0.1587 and with some on previous versions. Whether the user with 1.0.1587 hosts or joins a session, their edits do not propagate to others.

If a user with 1.0.1587 joins a session with a user on the previous version, edits from the previous version propagate to all users.

Cursor movement works as expected.
