Lila: Explicitly mention a draw for time out resulting in a draw

At a quick glance, the first game says Time out and I see penguin lost points, but takes a little bit of mental energy to realize it was a draw. Better would be Time out. Draw.

I think even better is mentioning whose time ran out. So like:

  • White time out. Black is victorious.
  • White time out. Draw.
