For new players and not only it will nice to have an option to see each board coordinate in the cell.

Wouldn't lichess rather have a coordinate margin embracing the chessboard? Having coordinates inside a square is always bad: you always get piece & text overlapping.
Well, I agree that the visualization comfortability is something very personal. I would include three more customizations: font color, font size and position inside each square. That way, any visual target could be achieved. But of course that would require a nrw settings level.
I know is something that many people would hate, but of course that is why it's optional.
I've seen this discussion in many other chess forums from some chess apps, and the truth is that people either hate it or love it.
