That's just title case, also used on most other pages and many blog posts.

He means that it's written there "frequently asked questions" and not "Frequently asked questions" or "Frequently Asked Questions" (Which is what I think title case is).

I think that isn't normal in English, but I'm not a native English speaker and I cannot say for sure, so I wait to someone to ensure whether this was or not intended.

Ah, sorry. I was seeing something else on EN-GB, but someone translated it to all lowercase on EN-US. So it must be fixed in Crowdin.

Ohh, I forgot that the official language is EN-GB and not EN-US, What does the green bar next to English (US), Spanish and French means?
