Lila: Tiebreaks should not be decided by rating gained

It doesn't seem fair to use rating gained, since it's highly dependant on your own rating. I'd suggest using performance instead.

Slack consensus seemed to be:
#1 Head-to-Head
#2 Number of Wins

I don't like "head-to-head" tie-breaker, it gives a big importance to only one game, it's statically completely wrong.
"Performance rating" is probably the most objective number.

FIDE recommendation for Swiss is:

  1. The result of the direct encounter(s) between the players (if any)
  2. The greater number of wins
  3. The greater number of games with Black (unplayed games shall be counted as played with White)
  4. The Average Rating of Opponents Cut (the average rating of opponents, excluding one or more of the ratings of the opponents, starting from the lowest-rated opponent)
  5. Buchholz Cut 1 (the Buchholz score reduced by the lowest score of the opponents)
  6. Buchholz (the sum of the scores of each of the opponents of a player)
  7. Sonneborn-Berger

For Lichess Arena events (which already heavily reward wins) I suggest:

  1. "Arena" Buchholz (the sum of Arena scores of each opponent of each played game, including repeated opponents)
  2. The greater number of games played with Black
  3. The result of the direct encounter(s) between the players (if any)
  4. The greater number of wins
