Lila: Feature request: Implementation of time odds

The ability to play with piece odds is possible by means of setting up a starting position through the board editor and challenging a friend to a game with that position, although this omits the possibility of computer analysis. Playing with time odds, on the other hand, is a bit more cumbersome and requires (for instance) setting up a game with 2+0 time control and clicking on the Add Time button exactly 24 times if one wanted to set up a game with 8 and 2 minutes for the players. A more convenient option would be greatly appreciated!

I second @ddugovic

I am teaching my nephew how to play (from scratch) and it is just fair that he should have much more time than me to think (I'm not a fan of material handicaps). This flexibility would also bring us closer to having the armageddon format as an option.

P.S. I love the quality of this free and non-profit platform btw. Kudos to all the contributors.
