Lila: improve pool pairing for high rated players
There are many players in the pools now, triggering full waves early. As a result high rated players don't wait enough to find a strong opponent.
Find a way to improve on that.

In Lobby you have the ratings slider filter:
Maybe expose this same filter in the pools, maybe with a note that pairing could take longer if a narrower range is selected?

I watch some streamers like Eric Rosen who doesn't seem to mind being paired with lower-rated players.
