Libertinus: Add response and versicle characters

I miss these two characters since I’ve started using Linux Libertine G font. I hope some day some one helps me out by adding these two characters to Libertinus fonts (esp Libertinus Serif). :pray:

The characters are:

• ℟ (U+211F);
• ℣ (U+2123).

I looked at the issues you mentioned. I like the following shapes of the glyphs (src; of course I’d like them in all weights and italics):

One way to help expedite this issue would be to do a little reconnaissance and figure out if there are any strokes in extant Libertinus glyphs that we should consider modeling these after or if we just need to start from scratch with scribbling on top of R & V glyphs. Are the stroke ends in other fonts pretty unique to these glyphs or are there other glyphs that have similar bits that one may expect to be visually consistent?

AFAIK, there are none such glyphs and the strokes need to be created from scratch.
